All of our electronic and battery-powered products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Battery or charging issues that occur under normal use

Malfunctions of remote controls, receivers, or sensors not caused by misuse or accidents
If your product stops working properly during the warranty period, we’ll repair, replace, or offer an equivalent replacement at no additional cost.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear (including straps, clips, or cosmetic damage)

Water damage beyond the advertised waterproof rating

Lost or stolen items
🧾 Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt from TQTpet.com is required for all warranty claims.
