Great product! We did a test of our dog, a two year old non-guarded dog, very big and full of energy. The collar allows to choose between vibration sound and electric shock. In the meantime, we used the sound and vibration options. Works great!

1. The collar and remote are not paired. 2. The wrong channel was switched, not the one you originally matched. 3. Check the switch on the right side of the remote to see if it is locked 4. The collar or remote is out of power, remember to charge it
What should we pay attention to about charging？
